Shipping, Tracking & Returns

Below is general information regarding how long it often takes for orders to arrive, how to track a package to its destination, and in the unlikely event of a return, how to make one.
Shipping and estimated delivery is based on order processing times. Please allow 24 hours processing time for all orders.
- Economy shipping: typically 3-5 business days after processing
- Express shipping: within 5 days of purchase
- Premium shipping: within 3 days of purchase
- Next-day shipping: 1 day after processing
NOTE: You must place your order before noon (EST) for same-day shipping, otherwise it will be processed the following business day. All orders are subject to verification. All processing and shipping times are subject to change and/or delay due to weather, incorrect/incomplete order information, order volume, credit card authorization and item availability.
All orders are provided with a tracking number that is sent to your email address. To track your package, access your email and click on the link provided. It will send you to a third-party courier site such as UPS.com where you will be able to track and see the progress of your order.
Returns & Refunds

To return and refund your order, follow these simple steps:
All merchandise must be in the same condition it was received. Place the merchandise in the original box and/or packaging. The original packaging contains a bar code that helps us identify your items with your order so your account can be credited successfully. If you do not have the original packaging, please print the email with your return confirmation number and include it in your shipping box.
Mail the package to the address below. Please write the address clearly on your package before bringing it to the courier of your choice. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned.
It can take around two weeks for your return package to reach us and be processed by our returns team. You will be notified by email once your refund has been applied. The refund will be applied to the credit card or other method of payment initially used to make the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement if you used a credit card (up to 30 days for internationally-issued cards).
